Market
Indicative rates
How your order clears. Orders are swap
intents with a price limit. Each bin, the market clears every intent it can at
the discovered price — your limit is respected or you simply do not trade.
In simulation markets, synthetic flow
may trade alongside you so the market has depth. Synthetic trades are
labeled as such in every report and are never printed as your fills.
A simulation market is a SANDBOX: no custody, no real settlement.
Fills here never move real value. As real participants enter, synthetic
flow is automatically displaced one-for-one — the market graduates toward
fully real, but it remains a sandbox for its entire run.
Swap intents
give → receive · quantity you
GIVE · price limit. Type the amount you have available to send and the
MINIMUM units of the receive asset you accept per 1 unit given. You will
receive exactly quantity × limit; the market clears you only at the
discovered price if it is at or better than your limit — at the limit you
send the full quantity, at a better price you send LESS, and you never send
more. Otherwise you do not trade that bin. Before the market opens your intent RESTS and joins every
opening attempt; once the market is open, an unfilled intent expires with
its bin — resubmit if you still want the swap.
